Richard Belham

Managing Director - High net worth, bridging & commercial adviser

With many years’ experience in the mortgage and property finance market, Richard specialises in helping clients secure funding where circumstances require a more tailored approach. His expertise includes commercial lending, bridging finance and complex cases, working closely with clients to understand their individual circumstances and find practical funding solutions. Richard particularly enjoys working on cases that fall outside the traditional lending criteria, using his knowledge of the market and strong lender relationships to help clients navigate more challenging transactions. Whether funding a commercial property purchase, arranging short-term bridging finance or finding a solution for a complex lending requirement, he takes a hands-on approach from initial enquiry through to completion. As a director of Jubilee Finance, Richard is passionate about building a business and a team that he can be proud of. Having grown the company locally, he is committed to creating opportunities for people in the area and developing a team that shares the same values and ambition. The business has grown into an award-winning firm, but for Richard, its success is equally measured by the positive outcomes it delivers for its clients and the culture it creates for its people. The team ethos of ‘everything is figureoutable’ reflects their approach to problem-solving: working together, thinking creatively and doing whatever they can to find the right outcome for their clients. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, either at home or exploring the Norfolk Broads.

Ross Le Maire

Senior Mortgage & Protection Broker - Broker Manager

Ross joined Jubilee Finance in October 2017, bringing with him a strong background in investments and pensions before moving into mortgages and financial protection. Over the years, he has developed a wealth of experience across the mortgage market and is now one of the team’s key specialists in complex lending. Ross particularly enjoys working on cases that require a more creative or tailored approach, helping clients where their circumstances or lending requirements don’t fit neatly within standard criteria. His extensive knowledge of the protection market, combined with his expertise in complex mortgage and lending solutions, makes him a trusted point of reference within the team and a go-to person for challenging cases. Alongside supporting clients, Ross plays an important role in developing the wider team, sharing his knowledge and experience with more junior advisers and helping them build their confidence in handling more complex cases. He takes pride in being a source of support and guidance, helping to maintain the high level of expertise and service that Jubilee Finance is known for. Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time with his young family and has a passion for watches, as well as exploring the local pubs of Suffolk.

David Graham

Senior Mortgage & Protection Broker - Business Development Manager

David is a real all-rounder who brings enthusiasm to every part of the business and takes pride in achieving positive outcomes for the people he works with. As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, he enjoys building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate what can often be a complex and important financial decision. Alongside his role as an adviser, David leads Jubilee Finance’s annual Internship and Apprenticeship programmes, overseeing the recruitment process and helping to identify and develop the next generation of talent within the business. As Head of the Broker Internship Team, he plays a key role in supporting interns as they begin their careers in the mortgage industry, sharing his experience and helping them develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to succeed. Before joining the financial services industry, David ran his own sports massage clinic, an experience that helped him develop a strong ability to work with a wide range of people and build positive, lasting relationships. This people-focused approach continues to be a key part of his work with both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, David enjoys watching rugby and spending time socialising with his wife and their rescue Akita, Simba.

Jake Townsend

Mortgage & Protection Broker

With over 15 years’ experience in customer-facing roles, Jake has always enjoyed working closely with people and making a positive difference. Before becoming a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, he worked as a funeral arranger, where he developed a strong understanding of the importance of care, trust and support during some of life’s most significant moments. Now a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser with his CeMAP qualification, Jake brings that same friendly and supportive approach to helping clients find mortgage and protection solutions that are right for their individual circumstances. He prides himself on being approachable and taking the time to explain things clearly, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout what can otherwise be a complicated process. Jake particularly values building genuine relationships with his clients and making the mortgage journey as straightforward and stress-free as possible. His previous experience has given him a natural ability to listen, understand what matters to people and provide a calm, reassuring presence when it’s needed most. Away from work, Jake is a keen brass bander and a big fan of Norwich City, so being this side of the border comes with its fair share of banter!

Helen Bromby

Business Operations Manager

Helen joined the Jubilee Finance team in October 2018, bringing with her a strong background in security and administration. She previously worked at The National Gallery in London for nearly 20 years, where she was responsible for the management and administration of over 300 employees, giving her a wealth of experience in keeping busy organisations running smoothly. As Business Operations Manager, Helen oversees the day-to-day running of Jubilee Finance, making sure our administrative and operational processes are efficient, compliant and consistently deliver a high standard of service. Working closely with advisers, management and external partners, she supports the wider team, helps resolve operational issues and continually looks for ways to improve how we work. She also plays an important role in maintaining our compliance standards and supporting the development of our team. Originally from West Yorkshire, Helen’s Yorkshire roots are hard to miss — especially when you hear her unmistakable accent on the phone. Outside of work, she enjoys films, good food, and a gin or two, often all at the same time.

Jo Jennings

Client Engagement

Jo joined the Jubilee Finance team in February 2025, bringing with her 25 years’ experience in the sports industry, including senior commercial and marketing roles with organisations such as Red Bull Racing, Manchester United and England Netball. Throughout her career, Jo has built a wealth of experience in developing strong relationships, creating opportunities and delivering an exceptional experience for clients, partners and customers. As Client Engagement, Jo plays an important role in maintaining and developing Jubilee Finance’s long-standing client relationships. She works closely with existing and previous clients, helping us stay connected, understand their changing needs and identify opportunities to support them as their circumstances evolve. As part of this newly established role, Jo also helps drive new business and contributes to the continued growth of Jubilee Finance’s client base. Jo is a local Suffolk girl and has three daughters who keep her busy outside of work. When Jo’s not talking about food, she’s eating it, and her favourite day of the week is, naturally, ‘wine’ Wednesday.

Jacob Dinnen

Paraplanner & Commercial Mortgage Processing

Jacob joined Jubilee Finance as an apprentice, bringing with him a motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic approach to learning. Having previously worked as a lifeguard while completing his A levels, he is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and understands the importance of teamwork, clear communication and attention to detail. Moving into his new role as Paraplanner & Commercial Finance Processor, Jacob supports the brokers by carrying out research, helping to identify suitable lending solutions and preparing and submitting commercial finance cases. His role requires a thorough and methodical approach, as well as a willingness to develop his knowledge of the increasingly complex commercial finance market. It also gives him the opportunity to build on his experience and develop a strong understanding of the work that goes on behind the scenes to deliver successful outcomes for clients. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys football and cars, interests that reflect his competitive mindset, attention to detail and appreciation for performance.

Poppy Moon

Mortgage & Protection Administrator

Poppy joined the Jubilee Finance team in November 2025, bringing with her previous experience in the mortgage industry, before taking time away to raise her family. She later returned to work within her family business before making the move back into financial services, where she has been able to build on her existing knowledge and experience. As a Protection & Complex Lending Administrator, Poppy provides valuable support to our advisers across both protection and specialist mortgage cases. Her role includes managing protection applications and assisting with more complex lending requirements, including self-employed and limited company mortgages, adverse credit, buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development finance, and commercial lending. With a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and attention to detail, she helps ensure cases progress smoothly and that clients receive a high level of service throughout the application process. Poppy works closely with advisers, clients, lenders, insurers and other professionals behind the scenes, helping to keep applications on track and providing an important link between everyone involved in a case. Outside of work, Poppy has three children who keep her busy, and she enjoys spending as much of her spare time with them as possible. When she gets the chance, she also enjoys exploring the countryside on long walks.

Amber English

Broker Intern

Amber joined Jubilee Finance after graduating from the University of Essex with a first-class BSc in Economics. Alongside her studies, she gained experience as a Receptionist at a Michelin Key hotel, where she worked in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and became the central point of contact for client relations. Working closely with senior management and external suppliers, she developed strong skills in managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity and balancing complex stakeholder expectations, whilst always maintaining exceptional service standards. Amber discovered Jubilee Finance at a careers open day at the University of Essex, where she spoke with David and Jo about the role, company culture and future of the business. This led her to apply and successfully secure the position. As a Broker Intern, Amber is building her knowledge of the mortgage industry, starting with ‘Admin Bootcamp’ alongside Helen to develop a strong understanding of the systems and processes within the business before moving into Broker Shadowing. She also enjoys completing weekly case studies, giving her the opportunity to engage with lenders and BDMs and apply her developing knowledge to real-world examples. She particularly values the variety of the role and the opportunity to learn from the wider team. Outside of work, Amber is social and sport-loving, having played netball from a young age and competed in athletics for 10 years. She also enjoys baking in her spare time, with her speciality being NYC-style cookies, as well as spending time with friends and family.

Riley Carr

Broker Intern

Riley joined Jubilee Finance as a Broker Intern, bringing with him several years’ experience managing bars and pubs, where he developed strong skills in working under pressure, reading people and keeping things running smoothly in fast-paced environments. He also studied Forensic Science and Human Biology, giving him a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail. As a Broker Intern, Riley is gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the mortgage and protection process, from administration and lead generation through to client engagement, compliance and adviser support. Alongside working towards his CeMAP qualifications, he is able to learn from experienced brokers and administrators, gaining an understanding of how cases are managed from initial enquiry through to completion. He particularly enjoys the variety of the role and the opportunity to develop his knowledge and confidence while working closely with the wider team. Outside of work, Riley is a keen diver and skier, so he has always been drawn to activities that keep him on his toes. He also enjoys making the most of the social side of life at Jubilee Finance, with the internship having already involved plenty of team lunches, adviser projects and, of course, a fair amount of ice cream!

Matthew Hicks

Broker Intern

Matt joined Jubilee Finance as a Broker Intern, attracted by the company’s strong culture and the support available to those starting their careers in the mortgage industry. He is currently working through his regulatory training while gaining hands-on experience across the day-to-day mortgage and protection process, learning from the experienced brokers and administrators around him. Alongside his practical experience, Matt is developing his knowledge across mortgage administration, client engagement, compliance and adviser support, while working towards his CeMAP qualifications. He is enjoying the opportunity to learn from an experienced team and build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress towards becoming a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Before joining Jubilee Finance, Matt studied Economics alongside pursuing a career in rugby, making his professional debut in 2026. His sporting background has given him a strong work ethic, discipline and a team-focused approach, qualities he brings to his role at Jubilee Finance. Outside of work, Matt enjoys making the most of any opportunity to get to the beach and spending time outdoors. He is always happy to chat and get to know new people, both inside and outside of the office.
